  7. While the crust cools, prepare the lemon filling. In a bowl, whisk together the lemon zest, lemon juice, ¾ cup of granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  8. Spread the fresh raspberries evenly over the cooled tart shell. Pour the lemon filling over the raspberries.
  9. Bake the tart for 30-35 minutes until the filling is set and slightly golden.
  10. Allow the tart to cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar.
