  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black salt (kala namak)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


  1. Boil the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the vegan bacon bits and cook for 3-4 minutes until they start to crisp up.
  4. Pour in the unsweetened almond milk and nutritional yeast. Stir well and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until it thickens.
